Enjoy a mid week break with Spa facilities at Armathwaite Hall included. Book a 2 night stay midweek (Monday through Thursday nights).All day access to the Spa for just £210 in a double or twin in high season(£190 in low season) or just £110 for a single person high season (£100 in low season).

Pricing Conditions

Please read these conditions carefully:

There is a 2 night minimum stay on Friday and Saturday nights.
Single night stays on Friday and Saturday subject to agreement and a supplement of 50% of normal rate for room
One room, room 5, is available for single occupancy. This room will be priced at 75% of the full price for single occupancy

Deposit

At the time of booking you enter into a legally binding contract with us (the accommodation providers) once the agreed deposit has been paid. The deposit shall be either the cost of 1 night’s stay or £40 whichever is the greater. Where the total cost of your stay is greater than £250 then the deposit will be 20% of the total. The deposit is refundable only under certain circumstances.

We promise to keep your room available for you for your dates. In turn you promise to take up your rooms for the dates booked.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event of you having to cancel your reservation we will do our utmost to re let your rooms. Depending on our success the following cancellation charges will apply.

More than 30 days’ notice - £10 administration fee; remainder of deposit will be refunded.
15 – 30 days’ notice; Loss of deposit.
Less than 15 days; Full cost of your stay is payable.
Shortening of stay once checked in; full cost of cancelled stay.
However if we are able to re let your rooms then we will only apply the administration fee and refund your deposit.

A cancellation will include any shortening of your stay once the deposit has been taken and will include any unexpected stay shortening once you have checked in. In this circumstance the full cost of your stay is always payable.

In view of this policy we strongly advise you to take adequate travel insurance to cover the cost of your holiday.

The application of this policy is at the discretion of the accommodation providers.
