DEPOSITS
Bookings are considered firm only on
receipt of an agreed deposit or on providing details of a debit/credit
card within 7 days of booking. All major credit cards
accepted except Diners and Amex.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation, deposits are normally non-refundable.
Less than 48 Hours - loss of deposit.
If at least 3 days notice of cancellation is given, every effort
will be made to re-let the room and if successful we will be
happy to offer alternative dates for your visit or arrange for
a refund of your deposit. All refunds will be made at the management's
discretion.
