Bedroom Details

All our bedrooms are warm, cosy and comfortably furnished. They all have flat screen TVs most with built in DVDs. All have tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryers, digital clock radios with i-pad/i-phone docks and shoe cleaning kits. All the beds have warm feather/down duvets and crisp white sheets. We provide one feather and one fibre pillow as standard but this can be changed on request.

Room One

Room one is a superbly refurbished double room with views of the open countryside and our garden. It has a bay window with a small seating area. It catches the afternooon sun and is an excellent sunset view point. It has a refitted en suite shower room and a modern vanity unit. It is large enough to take a cot.

Room Two

Room Two is a superior twin/king size bedroom at the front of the guest house with views of Skiddaw, Ullock Pike, Wythop Forest and Sale Fell. It can be made up as a king size double on request.
It has a very sunny aspect and a bay window with a seating area where you can relax and enjoy the views.
It is large enough to take a child's bed or cot and has an en suite shower room which has recently been refurbished to a high standard.
As a superior room it benefits from bathrobes, slippers, extra large towels and de-luxe toiletries.

Room Three

Room Threee is a standard single room at the front of the guest house It is a cosy room with a very sunny aspect and views of Wythop Forest and Sale Fell.
It was the former maid's room and although small is excellent value for money and our best seller.
There is a small wash basin in the room and the private bathroom is a few steps down the hallway.

Room Four

Room Four is a superior double room at the front of the guest house with views of Skiddaw, Ullock Pike, Wythop Forest and Sale Fell.
It has a very sunny aspect and a bay window with a seating area where you can relax and enjoy the views.
It is large enough to take a child's bed or cot and has an en suite shower room.

Room Five is our best value double room. It has recently been refurbished in a modern style to provide a warm comfortable room. It has a refitted en suite shower room and a modern vanity unit.

Room Seven

Room Seven is a standard twin room with views of open countryside and our garden. It catches the afternoon sun and is an excellent sunset view point. It has recently been refurbished and has a luxury en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. It is large enough to take a cot.

Room Eight

Room Eight is a superior single room. It is a very pretty room which has recently been redecorated and a refurbished luxury en suite shower room.
It catches the early morning sun.
